The SAKER series provides time-tested reliability and lightweight GSM tracking.  Each unit is capable of logging more than 10,000 points.  Additional sensors record 3-axis acceleration, light intensity, activity, and temperature.  When the units are within range of telecommunications networks, data are automatically downloaded from units and sent to you via email, stored in the online control panel, or uploaded to your movebank.org account.  Units also can be reconfigured by users after deployment thorough the online control panel, to collect more or fewer data, or to activate optional sensors.
